TCG Market Tracker provides historical and current card pricing information for general informational purposes. Prices may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate and are not guarantees of purchase, sale, or collectible value. You are responsible for verifying information before making a transaction.

Agentic AI may assist with deal discovery, opportunity analysis, graded-value research, market briefs, watchlist prioritization, and investigation of unusual signals. AI-assisted output may be incomplete, incorrect, stale, or affected by errors in source data.

AI findings are research leads rather than predictions, instructions, appraisals, or guarantees. Displayed prices, calculations, and scores should be reviewed with the supporting evidence, and you remain responsible for verifying any transaction or grading decision.

TCGMT Vendor records inventory, asking prices, sales, reversals, and reports but does not process payments or replace accounting, tax, point-of-sale, or inventory-control advice. Vendors are responsible for confirming each physical sale, the negotiated total, taxes, fees, customer information, and any required records before submitting checkout.

Offline checkout is a browser-local retry aid, not a server-backed ledger. Vendors must resolve queued or failed sales against physical inventory and server records before discarding them or selling the same item again.

The service uses third-party market and catalog data. Data-provider attribution will be published when public access launches. Product links lead to third-party services governed by their own terms.

ONE PIECE CARD GAME names, card artwork, product images, and associated trademarks and copyrights belong to their respective owners. The site claims copyright only in its original software, interface, and original written content.

You may use the public site for ordinary personal and informational purposes. You may not attempt to bypass access controls or rate limits, disrupt the service, probe private systems, submit malicious traffic, or use automated access in a way that creates an unreasonable load.
